Job Summary
Own the end-to-end eCommerce engine from site experience to paid growth, with a sharp focus on conversion, retention, and omnichannel expansion in consumer beauty or wellness contexts.
- Own eCommerce performance across UX, merchandising, and funnels to lift revenue and AOV.
- Lead paid media, email, and SMS to improve CAC/LTV and profitability while testing new channels.
- Collaborate cross-functionally on launches, promotions, and inventory for a seamless customer journey.
Job Description
Responsibilities
- Own day-to-day performance of the eCommerce business.
- Optimize website merchandising, navigation, product pages, and conversion funnels.
- Collaborate with creative, marketing, and operations teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Manage site updates, promotions, product launches, and seasonal campaigns.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with internal teams to support sales goals.
- Develop and execute customer acquisition and retention strategies.
- Manage paid media channels, including Meta, Google, TikTok, affiliate marketing, and influencer programs.
- Identify new growth opportunities and marketing channels.
- Optimize customer lifetime value (LTV), repeat purchase rate, and overall profitability.
- Build and execute email and SMS marketing strategies.
- Track and analyze KPIs, including revenue, conversion rate, AOV, CAC, ROAS, and LTV.
- Create regular performance reports and provide actionable insights.
- Conduct A/B testing and conversion rate optimization initiatives.
- Use data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
- Support retail expansion and omnichannel growth initiatives.
