Job Description
Responsibilities
- Manage and update product listings across platforms such as Amazon, eBay, Etsy, Shopify, and WooCommerce
- Write and optimize product titles, descriptions, and keywords to improve search visibility and drive sales
- Monitor and process orders, returns, and exchanges accurately and in a timely manner
- Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues professionally to ensure high satisfaction
- Track inventory levels and coordinate restocking as needed
- Assist with social media content, promotions, and basic marketing campaigns
- Generate regular reports on sales performance, traffic, and key metrics
- Identify opportunities to improve store performance and overall customer experience
- Collaborate with internal teams to support new product launches and seasonal campaigns
Requirements
- Experience in ecommerce, digital retail, or a related field is a plus but not required
- Comfortable working with online platforms and digital tools
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Good written communication skills in English
- Self-motivated and able to work independently in a fully remote environment
- Basic knowledge of Amazon Seller Central, Shopify, or similar platforms is an advantage
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office or Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, etc.)
- A proactive mindset with a willingness to learn and adapt quickly
Preferred
- Experience in ecommerce, digital retail, or a related field is a plus but not required
