Job Summary
Own the DTC Ecommerce strategy and performance for Hydro Flask, aligning site experience, merchandising, and promotions with marketing, product, and IT to drive conversions, revenue, and repeat visits.
- Growth Owner: direct the end-to-end DTC site strategy, product portfolio, and exclusive offers to boost revenue and AOV.
- Conversion & Experience: partner on site merchandising, promotions, tracking, and UX improvements to lift conversion and repeat visits.
- Cross-Functional Partnership: collaborate with Performance Marketing, Category, Brand, Digital Experience, Finance, and Ops to forecast, plan budgets, and ensure inventory readiness.
