Job Summary

The Ecommerce Marketplace Coordinator provides essential operational support to the Ecommerce Growth Manager by executing day‑to‑day marketplace activities across Amazon, Walmart, Target, and other current or future marketplaces, as applicable. 
This role is highly execution-focused and detail-driven. You are the “Brand Guardian” on the ground ensuring listings are technically accurate, promotions are launched without error, and performance data is prepared for analysis. Success comes from precision, follow-through, and the ability to proactively identify issues before they impact performance. 

Core Competencies

• Operational Reliability: Exceptional accuracy in data entry and content updates
  • Technical Troubleshooting: Strong “figure-it-out” mindset when working with marketplace support systems
  • Proactive Communication: Ability to flag issues early (suppressed listings, pricing mismatches) 
  • Task Management: Comfort managing a high volume of small, technical tasks across multiple portals 

Key Responsibilities – Marketplace Execution

• Execute product title, bullet, keyword, and attribute updates as directed
  • Own and maintain a centralized Case Log; open and follow up on support cases until resolution
  • Accurately input coupons, lightning deals, and seasonal promotions 
  • Upload and organize images, video, and A+ content following platform requirements
• Support additional marketplace initiatives, operational projects, and ad‑hoc requests as business needs evolve.

Monitoring & Reporting Support

• Export sales, traffic, and advertising reports from marketplace portals
  • Clean and organize raw data in master spreadsheets
  • Perform routine competitor audits for pricing and content updates 

Basic Asset & Inventory Support

• Perform basic image resizing, cropping, and edits using Photoshop or AI tools
  • Monitor out-of-stock items, suppressed SKUs, and catalog accuracy

Requirements

• 1+ year experience with Amazon Seller Central, Walmart Seller Center, or similar
  • Strong Microsoft Excel skills (basic formulas and data organization)
  • Experience with Photoshop or AI-based image tools 
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to work independently

  • Promotions launch correctly and on time
  • Issues are identified early and resolved efficiently
