Job Description
Responsibilities
- Paid media strategy and execution across Meta, Google, and new channel testing
- Landing page and funnel development in partnership with our content team
- Klaviyo lifecycle marketing and email/SMS revenue optimization
- Shopify conversion rate optimization
- Attribution, reporting, and the analytics that drive decisions
- Budget ownership with full P&L visibility
Requirements
- 3+ years running paid acquisition for a DTC brand (supplements, beauty, or health a strong plus)
- Demonstrated experience scaling a brand profitably (you can speak to specific accounts, spend levels, and ROAS)
- Hands-on with Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, Klaviyo, and Shopify
- Comfortable with funnel math, LTV/CAC modeling, and cohort analysis
- Self-directed, builder mindset, comfortable with ambiguity
