Job Summary

Own the ecommerce optimization loop by turning KPIs, campaign performance, and site metrics into rapid experiment cycles and tracking fixes that move conversions and revenue across digital channels.

  • Growth Analytics: Monitor KPIs, campaign effectiveness, and website performance to identify actionable improvements.
  • Tracking & Measurement: Ensure accurate campaign tracking, resolve issues with partners, and implement new tagging for emerging channels.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with ecommerce team and key stakeholders to identify, monitor, and report on KPIs
  • Analyze the effectiveness of campaign performance across all digital platforms
  • Review ecommerce platforms daily with customer-first mindset; react to current business and changing trends
  • Analyze key website performance metrics and recommend improvements to website performance through A/B tests and analysis of the customer experience, conversion effectiveness, abandonment points, customer demographics, website usability and device trends
  • Provide proper tracking URLs for all digital campaigns, referrals, etc. as requested
  • Proactively audit, investigate, and resolve any tracking issues with internal and external partners
  • Stay up to date on new trends and emerging digital channels and provide suggestions for new initiatives that will improve performance
  • Other projects or duties as assigned

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree with 0 to 2 years of related experience or High School Diploma/General Education Degree (GED) with 3 to 5 plus years of specific experience
