Responsibilities

• Manage day to day Shopify operations, products, promotions, collections, and website updates
• Monitor sales, conversion rate, AOV, retention, and overall store performance
• Manage and optimize Klaviyo email and SMS campaigns, flows, and customer segments
• Use Triple Whale and Lifetimely to analyze performance, attribution, LTV, CAC, and profitability
• Help manage and optimize Meta and Google advertising campaigns
• Identify opportunities to improve conversion rates and increase revenue
• Coordinate promotions, product launches, discounts, and ecommerce campaigns
• Manage ecommerce customer support, including order issues, returns, refunds, and customer inquiries
• Monitor customer feedback and identify recurring issues
• Prepare regular performance reports and recommendations

• Ecommerce analytics and reporting experience
• Customer support experience
• Understanding of AOV, CAC, LTV, ROAS, conversion rate, and customer retention
• Highly organized and comfortable managing multiple responsibilities
