Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Assist the eCommerce team with day-to-day operations, including product setup, content updates, online merchandising, and website maintenance activities.
  • Support special projects related to website enhancements, digital marketing campaigns, customer experience improvements, and ecommerce platform initiatives.
  • Assist with project coordination activities, including tracking action items, maintaining project documentation, and supporting cross-functional teams in meeting key deadlines and milestones.
  • Help prepare for development sprint planning sessions by organizing business requirements, reviewing enhancement requests, tracking ticket status, and supporting prioritization efforts across the ecommerce roadmap.
  • Support operational reporting and analysis by compiling website performance metrics, sales results, project status updates, and other business insights to help inform decision-making.
  • Conduct research on ecommerce trends, competitor websites, and industry best practices to provide recommendations for improving the customer experience and business performance.
  • Help analyze web traffic, sales data, and customer behavior to identify opportunities for optimization and growth.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Marketing, Merchandising, IT, Logistics, and Customer Service, to support project deliverables and operational objectives .
  • Gain hands-on experience with ecommerce tools, project management processes, development lifecycles, and reporting systems while contributing to a fast-paced digital business environment.

Requirements

  • Currently enrolled in a college or university program, preferably in Ecommerce, Marketing, Information Systems, Business or related field.
  • Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple tasks.
  • Interest in digital marketing, eCommerce, and emerging retail trends.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with eCommerce or digital tools a plus .
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills .
  • Enthusiasm to learn, contribute, and thrive in a collaborative team environment
