Job Summary

Own data driven optimization across funnels and campaigns with dashboards and cross functional storytelling.

  • Own analytics: funnel optimization, ROI measurement, and KPI tracking for digital campaigns.
  • Channel and budget: oversee paid, email, and website experiments with dashboards and stakeholder updates.
  • Cross functional guidance: translate data into actionable recommendations for product, sales, and marketing teams.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Analyze sales funnels, customer behavior, and customer intent to identify opportunities for optimization and growth
  • Interpret complex datasets, derive actionable insights, and present findings clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Measure ROI and effectiveness of online and offline advertising campaigns
  • Monitor and report on digital marketing KPIs including leads, conversion rates, website traffic, engagement metrics, CPC, CAC, and campaign performance
  • Track and evaluate email marketing campaign metrics including delivery, open, and click-through rates
  • Monitor marketing budget allocation and performance of paid advertising campaigns
  • Conduct competitive analysis, benchmarking, and market trend research to identify growth opportunities
  • Recommend website, landing page, SEO, UX, and campaign optimizations to improve customer acquisition and conversion rates
  • Define, develop, and maintain dashboards and reports that communicate key digital marketing insights to stakeholders
  • Research, evaluate, and implement marketing and analytics tools that support digital promotional initiatives and automation efforts

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree and at least 5 years of marketing, sales or product-related experience
  • Master's degree and at least 4 years of marketing, sales or product-related experience
  • At least 8 years of marketing, sales or product-related experience
  • Qualified candidates, excluding current employees, must be legally authorized on an unrestricted basis (US Citizen, Legal Permanent Resident, Refugee or Asylee) to be employed in the United States. We do not anticipate providing employment related work sponsorship for this position (e.g., H-1B status)

Preferred

  • Strong knowledge of SQL, statistics, and advanced proficiency in Excel
  • Proficiency in data visualization and analytics tools such as Tableau and Hadoop
  • Knowledge of database structures and data mining techniques preferred
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to simplify complex technical concepts and align teams on decisions
  • Sound problem-solving abilities with the capability to quickly process complex information and present it clearly and effectively
  • Collaborative mindset with the ability to work across teams to create innovative and efficient solutions
  • Experience with marketing data analysis, reporting, and dashboard development
  • Experience working within a digital marketing environment, including ad servers, web analytics platforms, and search bid management tools
  • Familiarity with digital marketing principles including funnel optimization, SEO, UX, landing page optimization, and digital acquisition strategies
  • Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and collaborative project environments
