Job Summary

Own and optimize the digital merchandising workflow for retail eCommerce, focusing on brand-consistent product content, data accuracy across platforms, and asset quality in Salsify and PIM/DAM systems.

  • Own content updates across retailer pages and brand sites to reflect refreshed branding and merchandising.
  • Manage Salsify assets: publishing to retailers, tagging, metadata, and asset libraries.
  • Audit data quality and imagery to ensure retailer specs and brand guidelines are met across channels.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • E-commerce Content Re-branding
  • Update and optimize existing online product and landing pages to reflect current branding, product information, and merchandising strategies for retailer platforms
  • Utilize Salsify to manage and publish updated content to retail platforms.
  • Maintain organized asset libraries within Salsify, ensuring proper naming conventions, tagging, and metadata standards.
  • Audit, correct, and refresh product data across systems and brand websites to remove outdated branding, imagery and messaging.
  • Collaborate with design teams to replace outdated eCommerce imagery.
  • Create and colorize product images for online tint variations using image generators and Photoshop data merge templates.
  • Ensure all digital assets meet retailer specifications and brand guidelines.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 3-5 years of experience in digital merchandising, eCommerce, or product content management.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel; comfortable working with data and reporting
  • Experience working with major retail eCommerce platforms (Walmart, Home Depot preferred).
  • Experience managing content in PIM/DAM systems; Salsify a plus.
