PURPOSE:

To provide support to all Credit Union employees and members for all E-Commerce services in accordance with the Credit Union’s established policies, procedures, and core values. To achieve the objectives of the Credit Union, these responsibilities shall be executed promptly, courteously, and accurately.

FUNCTIONS:

• Responsible for member marketing of the Credit Union and to maintain knowledge of all services offered to support the Credit Union’s Vision and Core Values.
• Responsible for ordering new and replacement Debit, Credit and HSA cards.
• Responsible for Contact Event Management
• Responsible for processing all ATM Chargebacks.
• Complete daily activity on Visa debit and credit card functions, which may include but not be limited to ordering new and replacement cards, processing file maintenance requests, and processing limit increases/decreases.
• Responsible for IRA and HSA administration, to include but not limited to ensuring required documentation is received, required reporting is completed timely and required RMDs are disbursed.
• Responsible for processing weekly cash orders.
• Responsible for providing support for member service directed telephone inquiries.
• Responsible for the daily coordination of the Overdraft Privilege Program.
• Responsible for maintaining familiarity, compliance and proficiency with all policies and procedures, as well as regulations and association/vendor rules pertinent to job responsibilities.
• Actively contribute to the success of the Credit Union by working positively within the department and with coworkers.
• Cross train and perform the duties of other ECommerce staff as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

PREREQUISITES FOR THE POSITION:

• Minimum Education: High school graduate or equivalent.
• Minimum Experience: Two years related experience and a strong background in financial services industry is required. Prior experience with MVFCU may be considered in lieu of a portion of the above experience.
• Technical Skills: Proficient in use of computer software programs including Fedline Advantage, Internet Explorer, Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Outlook along with a working knowledge of Microsoft Windows required. Experience with internet based programs similar in nature to JHA Card Connect desirable. Extensive knowledge of the Symitar Episys software required. Strong balancing and analytical skills required.
• Personal Characteristics: Must be of the highest integrity and with personal habits above reproach. Must practice confidentiality. Must be a mature person with sound judgment. Must have the ability to meet and work effectively with people of varying levels of education and experience and be able to communicate, both written and orally with same. Must have a high degree of selfmotivation, be detail oriented and organizational skills with the ability to work independently and making sound decisions. Must be able to take directions and seek the council of supervisor as necessary.
• Working Conditions: Continuous alertness, precision, and concentration to ensure accuracy and thoroughness of documents and transactions. Occasional travel is required. This position may require extended or irregular hours. Continuous standing and/or sitting for long periods of time when performing other duties related to the position. Must be able to lift 40 pounds.
