We’re looking for an E-commerce Specialist to support our online operations by managing listings, processing orders, and maintaining accurate inventory across multiple platforms.

About the role

In this role, you’ll manage product listings across multiple sales channels, process customer orders, assist with product photography, and support inventory organization. You’ll play a key role in ensuring our online storefronts remain accurate, visually appealing, and efficient.

Responsibilities

Product Listings

Create and optimize product listings across platforms such as eBay, Shopify, and Chrono24
Write accurate product descriptions and ensure proper pricing and details
Upload and organize product images to maintain consistent presentation

Order Processing

Process online orders and prepare shipments
Generate invoices and update order records
Communicate with customers regarding order status and shipping

Product Photography

Capture clear, high-quality product photos
Edit and prepare images for use across e-commerce platforms
Maintain visual consistency across product listings

Inventory Management

Monitor stock levels and maintain accurate inventory records
Assist in organizing and maintaining warehouse inventory
Support ongoing inventory accuracy and product tracking

What we are looking for

Experience in e-commerce, retail, or inventory-based roles preferred
Familiarity with platforms such as eBay, Shopify, or similar systems
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
Basic experience with photography and photo editing software preferred
Interest in watches, luxury goods, or vintage items is a plus

Schedule & Compensation

Location: Fort Worth, TX
Schedule: Monday–Friday, full-time (on-site)
Compensation: $30,000–$40,000 per year, based on experience
