Job Summary

Own the on site merchandising and experience optimization to drive conversions and sales, while coordinating with marketing and design to surface the right products and promotions.

  • Digital merchandising ownership: optimize the user journey from homepage to product pages and checkout to lift conversions.
  • Assortment, assets, and content: curate product categories, descriptions, assets, and promotions for the online storefront.
  • Cross functional collaboration: align with marketing, creative, and stakeholders on banners, homepages, and site-wide promotions.

Responsibilities

  • Support effective digital merchandising programs and strategies focused on achieving marketing and sales goals through driving and optimizing the user experience.
  • Support the vision and strategy for achieving corporate sales and conversion goals.
  • Manage subordinate staff in the day-to-day performance of their jobs. Ensure that project/department milestones/goals are met and adhering to approved budgets.
  • Support filter updates, product merchandising updates, promotions, and maintenance of online assortment for optimizing customer experience online. Manage and improve the merchandising presentation layer. May provide input on personalization and A/B/N test strategies utilizing product relational tools.
  • Ensure product descriptions, specifications, digital assets, and categorizations are represented accurately on site. Curate product assortments. Create and assign product departments within the Ecommerce hierarchy. Curate and maintain unstructured content environments to engage users with products and rich content.
  • Ensure optimal user experience and promotes products and brands including, but not limited to home pages, online banners, promotional environments, site search and email.
  • Work closely with the marketing and creative teams. Collaborate with stakeholders and cross-functional units.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Five years of combined experience in site search , business analysis, online merchandising, Ecommerce user experience or relevant Ecommerce experience.
  • OR
  • Bachelor's degree and three years of combined experience in site search, business analysis, online merchandising, Ecommerce user experience or relevant Ecommerce experience.
