Responsibilities

• Brand Ambassador — BJ\'s Wholesale Club | Riverdale, NJ | $18.50/hr + Uncapped Bonus | $65K–$75K First Year
• You\'re the one who makes friends in the checkout line. You talk to the person next to you at the gym. Strangers tell you their life story in about four minutes.
• That\'s not small talk. That\'s a skill — and we\'ll pay you for it.
• Momentum Solar is hiring Brand Ambassadors to work inside BJ\'s Wholesale Club.
• No experience required. You work one location, inside, talking to shoppers as they come through. You\'ll be stationed at a table inside BJ\'s during club hours, talking with members who pass by.
• Training covers everything you need to know about solar.
• What the day actually looks like:
• Members walk by. You say hi, you strike up a conversation, you ask if they\'ve ever looked at what solar could do for their electric bill. When someone\'s interested, you book them a free consultation with our design team — and that\'s where your part ends.

Requirements

• No experience required
• You work one location, inside, talking to shoppers as they come through
• 18+ and can work a retail schedule, including weekends
• Genuinely like people and can start a conversation with anyone
• Stay upbeat through a slow hour
• Show up on time, every time
• Present yourself professionally and follow BJ's in-club standards
