Job Summary

Own the end-to-end e-commerce stack across marketplaces, paid media, retention, and DTC site experience, driving catalog hygiene, advertising performance, and retention initiatives to optimize revenue and customer value.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Marketplace Management - Execute day-to-day management of marketplace channels including Amazon (Seller and/or Vendor Central), TikTok Shop, Walmart Marketplace, Mercado Libre, Shopify, and emerging platforms. - Create, update, and maintain product listings — titles, bullet points, descriptions, A+ / Enhanced Brand Content, images, video, and backend keywords — following the direction and standards set by the Director. - Handle catalog operations: new product setup, variations, taxonomy, categorization, and ongoing listing hygiene across all marketplaces. - Monitor the Buy Box, pricing, inventory availability, and listing suppression or compliance issues; resolve account health, policy, and case escalations, escalating larger issues to the Director as needed. - Coordinate with supply chain and operations teams on inventory levels, replenishment, and fulfillment logistics (FBA/WFS and similar) to help avoid stockouts and overstock. - Monitor for MAP violations, unauthorized sellers, or counterfeit activity and flag them for resolution.
  • Paid Advertising & Retail Media - Set up, launch, and manage paid campaigns across Amazon Ads, Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, Walmart Connect, and programmatic/DSP platforms, within the budgets and strategy as defined. - Manage bids, budgets, targeting, keywords, and creative on a day-to-day basis to hit the efficiency and performance targets set for each channel. - Run ongoing tests on ad creative, audiences, placements, and keywords; scale what works and pause underperformers, keeping the Director informed of results. - Monitor pacing and performance to recommend tactical adjustments to stay on plan, flagging when budgets or targets may need reallocation. - Help prepare advertising assets and briefs in coordination with creative resources.
  • Email & SMS Marketing (Retention) - Build, schedule, and send email and SMS campaigns, and maintain automated flows/journeys (welcome, abandoned cart, browse abandonment, post-purchase, win-back) according to the marketing calendar and plan. - Maintain and segment subscriber lists and help ensure deliverability and compliance with applicable regulations. - Execute A/B tests on subject lines, creative, offers, send times, and segmentation, and report on results. - Track retention performance and support efforts to grow repeat purchase rate and customer lifetime value.
  • DTC Websites & Digital Experience - Manage day-to-day updates to AN Supps websites — content, product pages, promotions, and navigation. - Execute website changes and promotional/seasonal launches, coordinating with developers, designers, or agencies as needed. - Support conversion rate optimization (CRO) by implementing and monitoring tests and helping improve page speed, mobile experience, and checkout. - Maintain on-site merchandising and content accuracy across the DTC properties. - Support SEO execution (on-page updates, content, and technical fixes). - Reporting & Analysis - Compile and maintain regular performance reports and dashboards across all channels. - Track KPIs and monitor performance on a weekly and monthly basis. - Provide the data and analysis to inform planning, forecasting, and budgeting. - Stay current on platform changes and updates and communicate anything that affects day-to-day operations. Collaboration - Work collaboratively between departments to execute e-commerce activities within deadlines.

  • Familiarity with email/SMS marketing tools and best practices.
  • Solid analytical skills and comfort working in spreadsheets; understanding of core metrics (ROAS, ACOS/TACOS, CPA, CVR, AOV, LTV).
