Own and optimize end-to-end email/SMS lifecycle programs for e-commerce, driving revenue through advanced segmentation, personalized journeys, and post-purchase retention with data-driven optimization.

  • Lifecycle Strategy: Define and continuously refine the multi-channel lifecycle framework to grow repeat purchase and customer value.
  • Execution & Personalization: Build Klaviyo flows, campaigns, and segmentation plans that tailor messages to customer behavior and stage.
