Responsibilities
- assist Property Manager in the responsibilities of managing a large community.
- maximize revenue, problem solving, property operations, marketing, and people!
- We emphasize strong leasing and customer service, with the goal of generating strong income results.
- Previous apartment experience is a MUST!
- Experience: Customer service: 1 year (Required)
- Experience: Sales: 1 year (Required)
- License/Certification: Driver's License (Required)
- Full time, and some Saturdays are required.
- Working knowledge of rent collections, budgeting and invoice processing is helpful.
