Responsibilities

• Develop long term and tactical acquisition strategies across Facebook and Instagram.
• Work with social media campaign strategists to execute, optimize, and scale a variety of client Facebook and Instagram accounts.
• Communicate ad creative needs to the in-house design team.
• Continuously monitor and optimize campaign performance while establishing benchmarks.
• Recommend, strategize, execute, and optimize campaign tests.
• Work with social media campaign managers, account managers and strategists to develop marketing strategies and marketing plans to support and achieve the client’s business objectives.
• Clearly communicate account and campaign wins and losses to account managers and strategists to help the client understand the roadmap for the future.
• Be a thought leader, challenging teams to think outside the box, find innovative solutions, and drive success.

Requirements

• 3+ years of paid Facebook/Instagram advertising experience (Direct to Consumer).
• Has managed multiple ad accounts that spend $75,000+ per month while hitting brand KPIs.
• Independent problem solver who does not need platform training.
• Experience working at an agency preferred.
• Advanced understanding of full funnel marketing, including prospecting, retargeting, and LTV cohort segmentation.
• Advanced understanding of growth/performance marketing metrics, including CPA, CVR, ROAS, MER, CPM, CPV, CPC, and CTR.
• Advanced understanding of Facebook custom audiences, events & product feeds
• Strong attention to detail, organized, with exceptional time management skills, including the ability to handle multiple projects and ongoing work items; while effectively managing changing priorities.
• Excellent writing and creative content skills.
• Hard worker, innovative thinker and collaborative team player.
• Strong, professional verbal communication.
• Committed to and passionate about achieving client’s goals.
• Bachelor’s Degree (preferred, not required).
