Job Summary

Own the DTC eCommerce site experience end-to-end, coordinating drops, merchandising, and cross-functional campaigns to maximize conversion, AOV, and LTV for direct-to-consumer shoppers.

  • Own DTC site experience and monthly drop calendar, driving urgency and repeat purchases.
  • Align onsite merchandising with offsite campaigns across Marketing, Creative, Lifecycle, and paid/social channels.
  • Own reporting for traffic, conversion, AOV, CAC, retention, LTV, and promos, turning insights into UX and navigation improvements.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Own the DTC eCommerce site experience
  • Manage day-to-day site operations, including product setup, site content, navigation, promotions, merchandising, and overall onsite execution.
  • Lead collection drops and merchandising strategy
  • Manage the monthly drop calendar and develop merchandising strategies that create excitement, urgency, conversion, and repeat purchase behavior.
  • Drive integrated campaign execution
  • Partner with Marketing, Creative, Lifecycle, Loyalty, paid, organic, SMS, email, and influencer teams to ensure onsite experiences align with offsite campaigns.
  • Optimize performance through data and customer insights
  • Own reporting for key DTC metrics, including traffic, conversion, AOV, CAC, retention, LTV, and promotional performance, while using insights to improve UX, site navigation, and conversion pathways.
  • Support growth through cross-functional and partner collaboration
  • Work with Demand Planning, agency partners, and technology vendors to monitor sell-through, improve site performance, protect margin, and support long-term DTC growth.
