Job Summary

Own community-facing donor engagement and outreach across events and campaigns with a focus on turning interactions into donor growth and awareness.

  • Manage donor acquisition, retention, and engagement programs to hit fundraising goals.
  • Represent nonprofits professionally to diverse public audiences and educate them on missions and fundraising targets.
  • Collaborate with the team to execute events, track interactions, and maintain accurate activity records.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Engage with community members, supporters, and potential donors at events and outreach campaigns
  • Represent nonprofit organizations and community initiatives in a professional and enthusiastic manner
  • Educate the public about campaign missions, programs, and fundraising goals
  • Support donor acquisition, retention, and engagement efforts
  • Assist with event preparation, setup, execution, and breakdown
  • Maintain accurate records of interactions and campaign activities
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve fundraising and outreach goals
  • Provide exceptional customer service while creating positive community experiences
  • Participate in ongoing training, coaching, and professional development programs

Requirements

  • 18 years of age or older and authorized to work in the United States
  • Strong communicators with a friendly and outgoing personality
  • Motivated, dependable, and eager to develop new skills
  • Coachable with a positive, team-focused mindset
  • Comfortable working in public-facing and event-based environments
  • Goal-oriented with a desire for professional growth and advancement
  • No fundraising, sales, or marketing experience is required — comprehensive training is provided
