Job Summary

Own end-to-end product design for patient matching, shaping UX and design-system scale with Helix across provider experiences.

  • Own design system and provider UX scaling with Helix across product surfaces.
  • Collaborate with product and engineering to evolve the product vision and test concepts with potential patients.
  • Help grow a world class startup design culture and refine team processes.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Use interaction design, prototyping, and visual design skills to collaborate with a cross-functional team to evolve product vision and build design solutions.
  • Contribute and evolve Headway design system (Helix) as we scale the provider experiences.
  • Contribute to the team culture, process, foundation and help grow a world class startup design team.

Requirements

  • Have 5-8 years experience as a Product Designer.
  • Experience in delivering beautiful, innovative consumer-facing experiences.
  • Excited to jam in Figma with product and engineering partners daily and test concepts weekly with potential patients.
  • Motivated by solving complex customer problems, early-stage product development, setting vision, and maintaining a high bar for craft.

Preferred

  • Bonus if you’ve worked on mobile web.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of projects.
