Lead communications planning and on-site media operations for flag showcases, championships, clinics, activations, and NFL tentpole events.
Develop message guides, press materials, briefing docs, FAQs, social inputs, and partner-facing assets aligned with league style and terminology.
Establish communications KPIs, track performance, report progress, and maintain talking points, hold statements, Q&As, and response plans for flag-related issues.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in communications, Public Relations, Journalism, Marketing, or related field.
Minimum 10 years in communications, public relations, media relations, or sports communications.
Proven success building strategies that drive awareness, engagement, participation, or business outcomes.
Strong media relationships and experience with narrative development, executive communications, and spokesperson prep.
Experience leading communications planning, press ops, and on-site media for major events.
Ability to translate research, participation trends, insights, and metrics into clear stories.
Sound judgment, discretion, and composure in fast-paced, high-visibility settings.

Preferred

Experience in sports, youth programming, community impact, or major events.
Familiarity with schools, state associations, clubs, leagues, or governing bodies.
