Job Summary

Own regional venue marketing by coordinating go-to-market bets, local partnerships, and media across Dallas and Atlanta to drive visits and community ties.

  • Demand Generation: Build local partnerships and GTM plans to fuel events, groups, and school collaborations.
  • Marketing Ops: Align with creative, comms, and operations to streamline promotions and capture performance data for optimization.

  • Growth Infrastructure: Lead South Region venue marketing strategy and team across Dallas and Atlanta locations, including media planning and promotional strategy aligned with corporate marketing standards
  • \n
  • Demand Generation: Define and execute the go-to-market strategies for both Dallas and Atlanta venues, including the development of key local partnerships in each market
  • \n
  • Marketing Ops: Collaborate with advertising partners and internal digital media teams to secure market-specific media aligned with overall strategy
  • \n
  • Events & Community: Partner with local operations teams at both venues to manage the success of events across the South Region.
  • \n
  • Communications & Partnerships: Act as the primary point of contact for Communications needs across the South Region’s Dallas and Atlanta venues, in line with goals outlined by the Cosm Communications team
  • \n
  • Creative & Promotion Ops: Establish and streamline workflows with Creative Services, Communications, and Operations to ensure effective event promotion across owned channels
  • \n
  • Partnerships & Community: Identify and activate strategic marketing partnerships to increase venue visibility and audience reach
  • \n
  • Community & Civic Engagement: Build and maintain relationships with municipalities, community organizations, local youth sports, schools, and other civic organizations across the South Region
  • \n
  • Sales Alignment: Partner with the regional sales teams at both venues to generate leads for events, group bookings, and school partnerships
  • \n
  • Performance & Feedback: Deliver marketing performance recaps and insights, using data to optimize future campaigns
  • \n
\nRequirements\n
    \n
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field
  • \n
  • 10+ years of progressive Marketing experience, including a minimum of 5 years of experience directly managing a team
  • \n
  • Minimum of 7+ years of experience in event marketing within an entertainment, sports, or public assembly facility setting
  • \n
  • Minimum of 5+ years’ experience working with artist marketing representatives
  • \n
  • Deep understanding of the Dallas/Fort Worth and Atlanta markets
  • \n
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • \n
  • Experience partnering with a Comms team or managing local media relationships
  • \n
  • Ability to work daytime, evening, and weekend hours, based on the needs of daily business operations
  • \n
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and high-pressure team setting
  • \n
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
