Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Lead downstream marketing strategy and execution to drive customer acquisition, utilization, and retention across the enabling technology portfolio
  • Identify and translate market trends, customer insights, and competitive dynamics into actionable marketing strategies and positioning
  • Establish and track KPIs and performance metrics, ensuring accountability and continuous optimization of marketing initiatives
  • Develop and execute lifecycle marketing strategies to enhance adoption, drive repeat usage, and increase customer lifetime value
  • Oversee segmentation and personalization strategies to ensure targeted, high-impact engagement with key customer segments
  • Leverage data and analytics to refine strategies, optimize campaigns, and improve commercial outcomes
  • Deliver executive-level reporting and insights, highlighting performance, opportunities, and risks
  • Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Product Development, Commercial Strategy, Analytics, and Customer Experience teams to ensure alignment with broader business goals
  • Collaborate with marketing peers to ensure consistent brand execution and messaging across all touchpoints
  • Build and foster a high-performance, collaborative team culture
  • Lead, coach, and develop team members; drive talent development and retention

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, engineering, or related field required; Master’s degree preferred
  • 8+ years of marketing experience within the medical device industry, with a focus on strategy, customer acquisition, and retention
  • 5+ years of orthopedic enabling technology experience required
  • Proven success in launching and scaling complex capital equipment or technology platforms
  • Strong understanding of orthopedic procedures, preferably within adult reconstruction
  • Demonstrated leadership experience (5+ years preferred), with a track record of developing high-performing teams

Preferred

  • Experience operating in a high-growth, fast-paced environment, with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
  • Experience with robotics, navigation, AR/VR, or digital surgical technologies
  • Understanding of ASC market dynamics and outpatient procedural trends
  • Strong executive communication and storytelling skills
