Responsibilities

• The Marketing Coordinator role at Magical Destinations Travel is built around a simple objective: help campaigns, content, communications, and marketing projects move forward with organized execution and follow-through.
• This is a full-time, 100% remote position open to candidates in the United States.
• This position supports the day-to-day customer, administrative, operational, or business workflows associated with Magical Destinations Travel.
• A Typical Day
• A typical workday may include coordinating campaign, content, communication, or promotional tasks against an agreed calendar; maintaining briefs, approvals, asset status, customer information, and performance notes; and supporting research, copy coordination, email, social, or other digital workflows relevant to assigned projects.
• You will also be expected to keep track of open work by tracking deadlines and preparing clear updates so work does not stall between contributors.

• Campaign work stays organized, deadlines are visible, approvals and assets traceable, and stakeholders receive useful status information without having to chase for it.
