Director, SEO & GEO

We are looking for an experienced Director of SEO & GEO to lead the next evolution of organic discovery at Parallels.This role will own our strategy across both traditional search engines and emerging AI-powered discovery platforms. SEO remains a critical growth engine for Parallels - driving visibility, qualified traffic, customer acquisition, and category authority. At the same time, discovery is rapidly expanding into generative AI experiences, where customers increasingly ask tools like ChatGPT, Google AI Overviews, Gemini, Perplexity, Claude, and Copilot what to buy, how to solve problems, and which products to trust.This is a strategic, hands-on leadership role for someone who has deep SEO expertise and is excited to define the emerging GEO playbook. You will strengthen our technical SEO foundation, scale our content and authority strategy, and lead the company approach to improving how Parallels is surfaced, summarized, cited, compared, and recommended by AI-powered platforms.

You will partner closely with Product, Engineering, Product Marketing, Sales, Analytics, Communications, and Channel teams to make Parallels more discoverable across the full customer journey. The team is global and works across multiple time zones, so comfort with remote work and asynchronous collaboration is critical.
