Job Summary

Own and elevate GR0's SEO practice by aligning strategy, people, and performance across a multi-client portfolio; lead data-driven, full-funnel SEO initiatives and AI search innovations while shaping the department's growth, profitability, and culture.

  • Strategy & coaching: set vision for technical, content, and off-site SEO; run 1:1s and executive-facing discussions with clients and leadership.
  • Operations & growth: manage P&L, capacity, tooling, and new revenue opportunities while expanding capabilities and offshore leadership.
  • Cross-functional execution: coordinate with product, content, and growth teams to deliver measurable client outcomes and stay ahead of platform shifts, including AI-enabled search.
