Own and scale GR0's SEO practice for D2C brands, aligning technical SEO, content, and offensive link-building into a full-funnel engine; lead a team, manage client strategy, and drive business outcomes while shaping the agency's future with AI-driven search.

  • Growth Engine: Build and manage full-funnel SEO programs—technical audits, content roadmaps, backlink strategy, digital PR—across Google, Bing, Amazon.
  • Leadership & Client Strategy: Lead a team of SEO managers, own senior client strategy calls, and anticipate risk with proactive plans.
  • Business & Innovation: Own department P&L, capacity planning, tooling, and drive new processes, capabilities, and AI-driven SEO initiatives.
