Job Summary

Lead the end-to-end research lifecycle across qualitative, quantitative, and strategic studies, turning complex data into actionable insights that shape campaigns and narratives.

  • Own full research programs and measurement frameworks, delivering dashboards and KPI-led performance reporting.
  • Translate findings into clear strategic guidance for strategy, creative, digital, and account teams to inform campaigns and brand narratives.
  • Accelerate insight development with AI-enabled tools while supporting new business opportunities and scalable insights capabilities.

Job Description

Responsibilities
  • Lead qualitative, quantitative, cultural, and secondary research initiatives
  • Design and manage full-cycle research programs (surveys, focus groups, interviews, online communities, stakeholder research)
  • Moderate qualitative engagements across diverse audiences and stakeholders
  • Translate research findings into clear, actionable strategic insights
  • Partner with strategy, creative, digital, and account teams to inform campaigns and brand narratives
  • Develop measurement frameworks, KPIs, dashboards, and performance reporting
  • Analyze communications effectiveness and provide optimization guidance
  • Leverage AI-enabled tools to accelerate insight development and analytics workflows
  • Support new business efforts with research-backed narratives and opportunity framing
  • Help build scalable tools, processes, and insights capabilities across the agency
Requirements
  • 6–10 years of experience in research, insights, analytics, or strategy (agency experience strongly preferred)
  • Bachelor’s Degree or certification required (master's degree is related field a plus)
  • Expertise in qualitative and quantitative methodologies
  • Experience in health, wellness, healthcare, or regulated sectors strongly preferred
  • Strong ability to synthesize complex data into clear strategic direction
  • Excellent storytelling and presentation skills
  • Experience developing measurement frameworks and interpreting performance analytics
  • Familiarity with social listening, audience intelligence, and AI-enabled research tools
  • Strong project and vendor management skills
  • Collaborative, curious, and comfortable in a fast-paced agency environment
  • Experience implementing and working with advanced data tools and software (Power BI or Tableau) a plus
Preferred
  • Master's degree in a related field
  • Experience with advanced data tools (Power BI or Tableau) a plus
  • Experience with AI-enabled research tools (nice-to-have)
