Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Proactively secure speaking engagements across conferences, industry events, media platforms, and webinars.
  • Build and manage relationships with event organizers and industry associations.
  • Coordinate all aspects of speaking engagements, including preparation, materials, logistics, and post-event follow-up.
  • Track PR performance, including media placements, audience reach, and impact on engagement.

Requirements

  • 4–7+ years of experience in public relations, media relations, or executive communications, preferably within financial or professional services.
  • Demonstrated success in securing speaking opportunities for executives or brands.
  • Strong media network and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to operate strategically while managing executional details.

Benefits

  • Salary: Full Time -$70,000-$100,000+ (commensurate with experience). Fractional Executive: $150ph to $300 per hour, or a monthly retainer of $6,000 to $12,000 (bonus opportunities.
