Client Strategy and Team Oversight: Advise on messaging and channel strategy and mentor day-to-day account work to ensure flawless delivery.

Job Description

Responsibilities - Client strategy: Advise clients on communications strategy and execution — messaging, content, and channel strategy including social; monitor emerging issues; help clients and agency leadership stay ahead of developments - Campaign leadership: Lead integrated issue advocacy (legislative/regulatory), crisis, and digital campaigns that shape narratives and reach target audiences - Earned media: Pitch reporters, cultivate media relationships, manage rapid response, book interviews, place op-eds - Coalition building: Identify, recruit, and activate allied third-party experts and organizations; lead or contribute to multi-stakeholder advocacy coalitions - Team management: Mentor and oversee day-to-day account workflows, ensure deliverables are polished and error-free, and manage execution with precision
