Responsibilities

  • Lead the development of the organization’s programmatic buying capability, including platforms, processes, and operating standards.
  • Define how programmatic media is used across clients, channels, and objectives, with a strong focus on CTV and digital video.
  • Establish best practices for campaign setup, optimization, pacing, and quality control.
  • Serve as the internal owner of programmatic operations, ensuring consistent execution, transparency, and scalability.
  • Own programmatic strategy across clients, ensuring alignment with client goals, budgets, and nonprofit fundraising objectives.
  • Oversee day-to-day execution of programmatic campaigns, ensuring accurate setup, delivery, optimization, and performance tracking.
  • Guide decision-making across direct IO vs. programmatic buying, determining the most effective execution approach based on inventory, cost, scale, and performance.
  • Monitor performance trends and work closely with buyers and analysts to identify optimization opportunities and mitigate risks.
  • Bring deep, hands-on experience with programmatic DSPs, ad managers, and ad servers, with particular emphasis on Google and Amazon advertising ecosystems.
  • Maintain strong working knowledge of programmatic technology, including pixels, tracking frameworks, audience onboarding, and measurement methodologies.
