Job Summary

Own the growth and profitability of a complex semiconductor product line by shaping the roadmap, pricing, and GTM strategy with deep market and customer insight, while leading cross-functional execution from pre-sales to scale.

  • Own strategy, roadmap, and marketing plans across engineering, sales, and manufacturing.
  • Lead segmentation, competitive analysis, and executive engagement with key accounts and partners.
  • Define positioning, pricing, and commercialization aligned to high growth markets.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Own full business strategy and performance for the Axion product line, including revenue growth, market share, and profitability
  • Define and execute long-term product strategy and roadmap aligned with emerging semiconductor trends
  • Develop and drive comprehensive business and product marketing plans , including market entry and expansion strategies
  • Lead market segmentation, customer insights, and competitive analysis to identify growth opportunities
  • Define clear product positioning and differentiation strategy to win in high-growth markets
  • Monitor industry trends (Logic/Foundry, DRAM, 3D NAND, and advanced packaging) to anticipate future requirements
  • Drive strategic customer relationships with key accounts and technology partners
  • Lead customer engagement from initial penetration through adoption and scale
  • Develop account-level strategies , including deployment, adoption, and expansion plans
  • Partner with regional teams to support pre-sales and post-sales initiatives

Requirements

  • PhD with 8+ years, OR Master’s with 12+ years, OR Bachelor’s with 15+ years of relevant experience
  • Proven experience in product marketing, product management, or business leadership in semiconductor or related industries
  • Demonstrated success in driving product strategy and commercialization for complex technical products

Preferred

  • Deep knowledge of semiconductor manufacturing processes (Logic/Foundry, DRAM, 3D NAND, advanced packaging)
  • Experience with process integration, metrology, or yield improvement solutions
  • Strong background in algorithms, software, or machine learning-based products in semiconductor equipment
  • Track record of: Building and executing business plans and product strategies; Leading customer-facing engagements at executive/strategic levels; Driving product differentiation and competitive positioning; Managing global, cross-functional teams and initiatives
