Director of Product Marketing – Genius (Small Business & Retail)

Responsibilities

• Shape and scale the go-to-market strategy for Genius, driving product adoption, revenue growth and market share across priority customer segments
• Lead and grow a high-performing team of product marketers, creating a culture of ownership, innovation and continuous development
• Define differentiated product positioning and messaging that clearly communicates value and wins in competitive markets
• Orchestrate product launches that deliver measurable impact, from awareness through to product usage and commercial success
• Build segmentation frameworks that unlock new growth opportunities, using data to identify high-potential markets and expansion paths
• Turn market, customer and competitive insights into clear strategies that influence product direction and business outcomes
• Enable sales teams to win by creating impactful tools, narratives and experiences that strengthen the buyer journey and accelerate deal success
• Track and optimize performance, using insights such as win rates and adoption metrics to continuously improve strategy and deliver results

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in product marketing, with a strong track record of driving go-to-market success and product growth
• Proven success launching and scaling products within multinational or global organizations
• Deep understanding of the retail industry and point of sale ecosystems
• Strong commercial mindset with the ability to translate market insights into growth strategies and measurable outcomes
• Experience leading cross-functional initiatives and influencing senior stakeholders across product, sales and marketing
• Analytical thinking and financial acumen, with the ability to size markets and prioritize opportunities effectively
• A collaborative, ownership-driven mindset with the confidence to lead, challenge and create impact
