Job Summary

Own the PMM function in a high growth AI driven legal SaaS space by shaping the strategy, hiring and scaling the PMM team, and aligning Product, Sales, CS, RevOps, and Marketing around a revenue-driven GTM.

  • PMM Ownership: Build repeatable launch frameworks, drive pricing and packaging decisions, and define in-product and segment messaging to win in competitive markets.
  • Go to market & alignment: Bridge external market dynamics and internal product decisions with cross-functional deal strategy and training.
  • Insights to action: Turn customer, usage, and competitive signals into prioritized roadmaps, messaging deltas, and pricing moves.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Manage, mentor, and grow the PMM team; set strategy and operating rhythm
  • Drive cross-functional alignment with Product, Sales, CS, RevOps, and Marketing
  • Use customer, market, and competitive signals to influence roadmap and priorities
  • Bridge external market dynamics and internal product decisions
  • Define differentiated messaging across product lines, segments, and channels
  • Tie product positioning into the broader Legal AI category narrative
  • Build cross-functional launch plans with repeatable frameworks and go/no-go recommendations
  • Own ICPs, value props, segment messaging, and in-product messaging strategy
  • Lead pricing, packaging, and monetization strategy across all tiers
  • Leverage research, usage data, and competitive insight to guide decisions

Requirements

  • 10+ years of B2B SaaS product marketing experience, ideally selling to lawyers
  • Experience leading PMMs or managing a PMM function
  • Strong background in pricing, packaging, and monetization strategy
  • Proven ability to develop clear, differentiated messaging in complex markets
  • Experience in marketing technical or AI-driven products
  • Strong partnership instincts with Product, Sales, and CS
  • Excellent writing, editing, and executive communication skills
  • Ability to build structure, clarity, and process in fast-moving environments
  • Hands-on and strategic, with a bias toward action and accountability
  • High-growth, start-up experience
