Job Summary

Own the growth engine for Agentic Commerce at Fiserv by shaping the multi-year strategy, guiding the product roadmap through market signals and partnerships, and driving enterprise revenue with clear metrics.

  • Partnerships & co commercialization: build strategic alliances, negotiate agreements, and run joint go-to-market programs with AI and payments partners.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Define and execute the multi-year growth strategy for Agentic Commerce, aligning with the broader commerce platform vision at Fiserv.
  • Influence the Agentic Commerce product roadmap using structured market insights, competitive analysis, client feedback, and performance data.
  • Establish, grow, and manage strategic alliances with AI application providers, technology enablers, and alternative payment partners.
  • Negotiate partnership agreements and lead joint commercialization initiatives, including co-marketing, integration programs, and commercial constructs.
  • Drive adoption and revenue targets for Agentic Commerce solutions across enterprise merchant segments, using clear KPIs and performance dashboards.
  • Develop pricing, packaging, and go-to-market strategies in collaboration with sales, relationship management, product, and marketing teams.
  • Partner with technical product managers to translate business and partner requirements into prioritized, actionable development plans and release scopes.
  • Represent Fiserv as a thought leader in agentic commerce through client presentations, industry forums, conferences, and webinars.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a team of product growth managers and subject matter experts, fostering a culture of innovation, accountability, and execution excellence.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders (including legal, risk, compliance, and security) to ensure offerings and partnerships align with regulatory and security requirements.
