Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with senior leadership across Premium Products & Experiences to ensure alignment with strategic priorities and business objectives
• Lead a team of marketing professionals, providing direction, coaching, and development to ensure high performance and career growth
• Lead execution of industry-leading marketing strategies, campaigns, and thought leadership content that establishes Capital One as a premium brand
• Partner across LOBs and marketing divisions to identify cross-sell opportunities and create integrated marketing approaches
• Leverage and enhance performance metrics to measure marketing effectiveness and ROI
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners, leveraging enterprise capabilities and strengths, to drive business objectives
• Develop and execute industry-leading marketing strategies that drive business outcomes
• Drive innovation in marketing approaches, leveraging data and insights to continuously improve effectiveness

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree
• At least 10 years of experience in marketing
• At least 5 years of leadership experience
• Has experience leading marketing and brand strategy efforts in large organizations, along with a proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Highly effective communication skills with outstanding writing and presentation abilities
• Proven leadership experience and driving work through others
• Effective management of diverse stakeholders, often amidst changing deadlines and priorities, while maintaining momentum and morale
• Masters Degree in marketing or business (preferred)
• At least 5 years of experience in marketing for financial services or another highly regulated industry
• At least 5 years of experience working with cross-functional teams in a matrixed environment with a track record of effectively working autonomously and navigating ambiguity
