Job Summary

Own and scale growth for a healthcare marketplace by driving consumer and provider growth through data-informed experimentation, and by building scalable, cross-functional operations that accelerate marketplace velocity.

  • Own growth across consumer acquisition, provider onboarding, activation, and retention to fuel marketplace momentum.
  • Identify and prioritize new channels, partnerships, and operational improvements to boost ARR and mix while maintaining customer trust.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategies to grow both consumer acquisition and provider participation
  • Identify and launch new growth opportunities, acquisition channels, and partnerships
  • Analyze performance data and optimize growth initiatives using data-driven insights
  • Improve customer journeys, conversion funnels, onboarding experiences, and retention strategies
  • Work closely with sales leadership and provider partners to support marketplace expansion
  • Help oversee and coordinate outbound business development efforts
  • Improve onboarding, activation, and retention processes for participating providers
  • Build scalable systems and workflows to support marketplace growth
  • Coordinate across Sales, Marketing, Product, Operations, and Customer Support teams
  • Help prioritize operational improvements and customer experience enhancements

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in growth, marketplace operations, business development, startup operations, or related leadership roles
  • Strong understanding of customer acquisition, conversion optimization, and growth strategy
  • Experience working cross-functionally with sales, marketing, product, and operations teams
  • Highly analytical and data-driven mindset
  • Strong organizational and project management skills
  • Self-starter who thrives in ambiguous and fast-moving environments
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Preferred

  • Experience managing supply-demand dynamics, pricing, or inventory in a marketplace environment.
  • Navigating healthcare-related considerations including compliance, category sensitivity, and consumer trust.
  • Experience scaling across paid, owned, and partnership channels is highly valued
  • Healthcare, telehealth, ecommerce, marketplace, or subscription-based businesses
  • Performance marketing and funnel optimization
  • Startup or entrepreneurial environments
  • Experience scaling both B2B and B2C growth initiatives
  • Familiarity with AI tools, automation, and digital growth platforms
