Job Summary

Own the paid media strategy and campaign lifecycle across search, social, and programmatic channels, driving performance for client accounts while leading team-style account management, QA, and cross-functional collaboration.

  • Own multi-channel media planning and optimization to meet brand objectives and deliver measurable results.
  • Lead campaign activation, maintenance, and post-buy analysis, with QA checks and stakeholder communication.
  • Foster scalable processes, knowledge sharing, and partnerships with internal teams and clients to improve performance and collaboration.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Design and execute strategies for leveraging paid media across performance platforms to deliver against brand objectives.
  • Direct and manage the daily workflow of campaigns including proposal development, campaign activation and maintenance, and post-buy recaps; monitor and report on campaign performance.
  • Develop and maintain quality control procedures; review client deliverables ensuring high quality and accuracy.
  • Understand and effectively communicate value proposition, technology, and processes as related to the growth of current and prospective agency accounts.
  • Adopt established account management standards and program management best practices.
  • Assist in the development and documentation of best practices for improving communication and collaboration within the team.
  • Participate in regular knowledge sharing sessions to share and learn new strategies for optimizing and enhancing campaign performance.
  • Foster strong relationships with internal teams and client groups.
  • Embrace and encourage a culture based on teamwork, collaboration, and curiosity.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of media buying experience across paid social, search, digital, and programmatic.
  • 3+ years of experience managing a team and direct reports.
  • Experience in performance platforms such as The Trade Desk, DV360, TikTok, Facebook, and Twitter.
  • Strong leadership skills and professionalism; comfortable presenting ideas to senior leaders.
  • Possess strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret campaign performance data and provide insights and optimization recommendations.
  • Understanding of traditional and interactive media planning elements.
  • Resourceful, curious, and motivated individual with an ability to work independently as well as in a team setting.
  • Strong analytics, organizational, communication, and project management skills.
  • Previous client facing experience with the ability to provide strategic insight and effective partnership with leaders.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite with intermediate to advanced understanding of Excel.
