Responsibilities

  • Develop and lead the overarching performance marketing vision, setting platform-specific strategies aligned to campaign, client, and organizational goals.
  • Define long-term paid media roadmaps, including platform investment strategies, channel expansion, and capability development.
  • Build advanced paid media strategies including audience segmentation, creative testing frameworks, bidding approaches, conversion strategies, and attribution methodologies.
  • Translate strategy into actionable campaign frameworks and guide creative and content partners to produce on-brand, high-performing assets.
  • Establish KPI frameworks, testing roadmaps, and analytics cadences; deliver clear, executive-ready reporting and insights.
  • Monitor platform updates, audience trends, and algorithm shifts, proactively recommending strategic pivots.
  • Conduct competitive, audience, and performance analyses to inform creative direction and media planning.
  • Serve as a senior strategic partner to clients, providing counsel, anticipating needs, and offering thought leadership.
  • Mentor internal teams and upskill cross-functional partners on performance strategy, measurement frameworks, and platform evolution.
  • Own the operational infrastructure for paid media execution, including workflow design, QA processes, and automation opportunities.
  • Lead budget forecasting, pacing governance, and financial accountability across all paid channels (Meta, Google/YouTube, TikTok, X, LinkedIn), and emerging platforms, driving ROAS, conversion efficiency, and full-funnel performance.
  • Direct the integration of performance dashboards, platform analytics, and real-time reporting into daily decision-making.
  • Oversee campaign governance and lead real-time response during high-stakes or high-visibility campaign moments.
  • Ensure brand, legal, and regulatory compliance across all paid media touch points.
  • Collaborate closely with marketing, PR, digital, and experiential teams to ensure cohesive, integrated campaign execution.
  • Build and manage a scalable partner ecosystem, including creators, influencers, and strategic partnerships, to expand reach and credibility where it supports campaign goals.
  • Guide internal and external teams through integrated creative development, ensuring alignment between brand storytelling and performance objectives.
