Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Manage and optimize paid acquisition across channels (Social, SEM, Display, Direct Mail) with autonomy over media mix.
  • Test and iterate on creative, targeting, and messaging to improve conversion and efficiency, while leveraging technology, AI and automation solutions to optimize performance and scale results.
  • Track performance against ridership and registration goals and adjust campaigns based on results.
  • Manage email/SMS to drive registrations, rider engagement, and retention.
  • Execute key campaigns such as promotional pushes, reminders, and urgency-based messaging (e.g., price increases, limited-time offers).
  • Use segmentation and database analytics to strengthen copy and campaigns to target audiences.
  • Track CRM performance and adjust campaigns/promotions based on results.
  • Identify and execute opportunities to improve UX, SEO, and the registration platform.
  • Support e-commerce and ancillary revenue growth, including merchandise, and rider add-ons.
  • Collaborate with sponsors to develop marketing campaigns that drive brand awareness and measurable value, while supporting sponsor acquisition efforts.

Requirements

  • 5+ years in performance/growth marketing with experience driving digital conversion.
  • Proven ability to track and drive measurable results.
  • Ownership of paid media including budget allocation, testing, and optimization.
  • Working knowledge of CRM and email/SMS tools (e.g., Mailchimp or similar).
  • Background in events, experiential marketing, ticketing, e-commerce, or other DTC preferred.
  • Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment with a strong sense of ownership, accountability, and results-driven execution.
