Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Develop, implement, and oversee paid advertising strategies across multiple healthcare client accounts.
  • Manage a portfolio of approximately 5–6 client accounts, overseeing paid media initiatives while coordinating with internal teams on broader digital marketing efforts such as SEO and campaign strategy.
  • Collaborate with leadership and account managers to align PPC strategies with client goals and clinical program offerings.
  • Build, launch, and optimize high-performing campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, YouTube, and programmatic platforms as applicable.
  • Execute and refine keyword strategies, audience targeting, A/B testing, and creative variations to improve lead quality and lower cost per acquisition (CPA).
  • Stay current on Google/Meta ad policy updates, HIPAA advertising regulations, and industry best practices.
  • Set up and maintain UTMs, conversion actions, event tracking, and offline conversion import across client ad accounts.
  • Ensure accurate tracking and attribution through tools like Google Analytics 4, Meta Pixel, Google Tag Manager, and Call Tracking Metrics.
  • Use data to create optimization plans and detailed performance dashboards.
  • Prepare monthly performance reports, insights, and optimization recommendations for clients.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in paid search and social advertising, with a portfolio of successful healthcare campaigns.
  • Proven ability to manage large ad budgets and demonstrate measurable ROI.
  • Expertise in Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, GA4, GTM, Call Tracking (CallRail or similar), and UTM parameterization.
  • Deep understanding of HIPAA-compliant advertising practices.
  • Experience setting up and managing conversion events, tags, and offline lead import.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate data into strategic action.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Preferred

  • Experience in addiction treatment or behavioral health marketing.
  • Experience with LinkedIn Ads, YouTube, or programmatic platforms.
  • Familiarity with CRM integration and lead funnel optimization.
  • Google Ads and Meta Ads certifications.
