Job Summary

A senior paid media specialist leads full-funnel Google Ads programs, owning strategy, execution, and measurement. They are accountable for ROAS and performance across multi-figure budgets, with rigorous attribution and data-driven optimization. The role includes client advisement, clear communication of complex data, and staying ahead of platform trends.

Responsibilities

  • Full-Funnel Strategy & Execution
  • Design, execute, and optimize sophisticated Google Ads strategies across Search, Display, PMax, Shopping, and YouTube
  • Build full-funnel paid media programs aligned to client goals, audience intent, and conversion paths
  • Own account architecture, keyword strategy, audience development, creative alignment, and landing page performance
  • Advanced Optimization & Performance Accountability
  • Maintain direct accountability for ROAS, CPA/CPL, conversion volume, and lead quality
  • Manage and optimize high-budget, 7-figure annual media spends with precision
  • Leverage smart bidding, automation, and AI-driven tools while maintaining strong human oversight
  • Data, Attribution & Measurement
  • Own attribution strategy and analysis, evaluating models (Data-Driven, Last Click, etc.) to clearly demonstrate paid media’s impact and channel value

Requirements

  • 5+ years of hands-on paid media experience, with deep expertise in the Google Ads ecosystem
  • Proven success managing complex, performance-driven accounts across both B2B and B2C
  • Expert-level knowledge of Google Ads, Google Ads Editor, GA4, and Google Tag Manager
  • Strong analytical rigor with experience navigating attribution models and performance tradeoffs
  • Ability to think strategically while remaining deeply involved in execution
  • Exceptional communication skills and the ability to clearly articulate complex strategies
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple priorities
  • A true “can-do” mindset with the ability to pivot quickly based on performance data or market volatility
  • Someone who is curious, has fire in the belly, likes to have fun and is always looking to deliver outstanding results

Preferred

  • Experience with Meta Ads, Microsoft Ads, or additional paid media platforms
  • Familiarity with CRM platforms and offline conversion tracking
  • Experience leveraging AI-driven tools for bidding, forecasting, or performance analysis
  • Experience with UX and CRO to improve landing page performance
  • Google Ads, Analytics, or related platform certifications
  • SEO experience
