Job Summary

Own the multimedia content engine across education channels, driving strategy, production, and optimization for webinars, podcasts, and short-form video.

  • Own cross-functional content initiatives with Marketing & Communications and Development and tie impact to audience signals and platform performance.
  • Lead end-to-end webinar programs and production, plus ongoing podcast and short-form content development to drive engagement and reach.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Multimedia Strategy & Program Development: Develop and lead VF’s multimedia content strategy across webinars, podcasts, short-form video, social content, and emerging formats.
  • Webinar Program: Oversee end-to-end webinar production from topic development and speaker coordination through recording, editing, distribution and metrics; manage platforms and tools; build expert partnerships.
  • Content Production & Editing: Oversee production and editing across formats; develop, produce, and oversee VF’s podcast program; create short-form multimedia content and manage digital asset storage.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration & Audience Insights: Partner with Marketing & Communications and Development to align content with priorities; collect audience feedback and analytics to inform strategy; contribute to AI-enabled content approaches.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Digital Media, Film/Video Production, Marketing, or a related field
  • 5+ years of multimedia production experience including webinars, podcasts, and video end-to-end
  • Proficiency in video editing software (Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or equivalent) and post-production workflows
  • Experience with webinar platforms/tools (Zoom Webinars, Riverside, StreamYard, etc.)
  • Working knowledge of major social platforms and tailoring content for audiences
  • Portfolio showing a range of multimedia production (webinars, podcasts, social content, video)
  • Strong project management with ability to juggle multiple projects remotely
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with experience engaging physicians, patients, and external partners
  • Experience managing contract vendors (videographers/editors)
  • Familiarity with analytics tools and data-driven content decisions; openness to AI in content creation
  • Willingness to travel approximately 3–5 times per year for VF events
  • Commitment to equity, inclusion, and accessible content for VF’s diverse community
  • Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment

Nice to Have

  • Experience creating content for healthcare, patient advocacy, medical education, or clinical audiences
  • Photography skills and managing organizational visual assets
  • Project management platforms and CRM tools experience (e.g., Salesforce)
  • Experience producing multimedia content in a nonprofit healthcare setting
