Responsibilities

• Content engine ownership: editorial calendar, pillar content, and repurposing system across channels.
• Production standards: editorial rigor, consistent voice, and cross-team content quality.
• Channel leadership: strategy for podcast, newsletter, YouTube, and magazine to grow reach and engagement.
• Attribution & performance: build UTM architecture, HubSpot attribution, and leadership-level dashboards to show media impact.

Requirements

• 7+ years in senior media, content, or editorial leadership with scale experience.
• Proven growth of B2B audiences via podcasts, newsletters, video, or editorial publishing.
• Documented approach to content repurposing and atomization.
• Active, fluent use of AI tools in production contexts.
• Working knowledge of marketing attribution and UTM architecture.
• Comfort with HubSpot or a comparable CRM.

Preferred

• Experience structuring or selling media sponsorships.
• Experience building communities around media content (forums, live events, LinkedIn groups).
• Familiarity with content licensing or co-production partnerships.
