Responsibilities

• Strategic Leadership & Portfolio GTM Co-develop and operationalize an integrated go-to-market strategy across the Advertising & Rewards portfolio, supporting Xsolla Ads, Rewards, Xsolla Choice, and Xsolla ID+ and Backpack. Translate strategic direction into positioning, messaging, launch roadmaps, and measurable GTM outcomes for each product and initiative. Act as the connective tissue between strategy and execution, ensuring high-quality delivery across every workstream. Provide thought leadership on narrative development, competitive positioning, and content strategy as the portfolio and brand initiative scale. Contribute to future marketing team design as the division builds out brand and agency sales. Brand & Agency Sales Growth Build the new narrative, messaging, and marketing plan required to support Xsolla Ads’ expansion into brand and agency sales. Partner with the Currency team on the company’s strategic brand initiative, helping define and roll out Xsolla’s new positioning. Build the messaging foundation and sales enablement that the emerging brand sales team will carry to market. Translate the new brand positioning into a consistent story across products, sales, and external communications. Messaging & Cross-Product Narrative Own the cross-product narrative that ties the portfolio into one coherent story across Choice, ID+ and Backpack, Rewards, and Ads. Build core messaging frameworks, value propositions, and proof points for each audience, keeping them consistent across web, sales, PR, and events. Make complex and emerging concepts, including Web3, on-chain attribution, and zero-party data, legible and compelling to non-technical buyers. Sales Enablement & Content Translate positioning into the assets the field needs: decks, one-pagers, case studies, demand stories, web and landing-page copy, and event narratives. Equip BD and sales teams, including the advertiser outreach team and the new brand sales team, with the assets, talk tracks, and competitive positioning they need to win. Develop audience- and persona-specific demand stories for both gaming and non-gaming ICPs, with alignment and feedback from BD. Operational Excellence & Cross-Functional Leadership Own the marketing operating model across the portfolio, including campaign intake, prioritization, GTM documentation, and approvals. Maintain GTM calendars and a coordinated launch and event drumbeat across the year, and surface trends, risks, and optimization opportunities to the VP of Marketing. Partner across product, growth, design, BD, legal, finance, and central marketing to keep launches on-brand and on time. Coordinate with the central Xsolla marketing team to ensure division campaigns stay consistent with brand standards and broader GTM strategy.

Requirements

• 7–8 years of experience in marketing or GTM, with a proven track record of owning product launches and positioning end to end.
• Mastery of positioning, messaging, and narrative — able to turn complex, multi-product technology into a clear story for multiple audiences.
• Experience launching products across both B2B and B2C, and to multiple ICPs (developers, marketers, brand advertisers).
• Strong cross-functional leadership in a matrixed organization; comfortable being the bridge between product, sales, and marketing.
• Excellent written communication skills, with the ability to adapt voice across executive narratives, sales enablement, and customer-facing copy.
• Comfort with emerging and technical categories — Web3 and on-chain, identity and zero-party data, ad tech, and loyalty — and the ability to make them legible to non-technical buyers.
• Highly organized and self-directed — able to manage multiple concurrent launches without things falling through the cracks.
• Collaborative team player comfortable interfacing with product, creative, growth, BD, and sales stakeholders.

• Experience in gaming or games-adjacent industries.
• Background in ad tech, programmatic, or loyalty and rewards.
• Web3, crypto, or identity and privacy marketing experience.
• Experience standing up sales enablement for a new or newly formed sales team.
• Background in B2B SaaS GTM strategy.
