Responsibilities

• Delivery Operations & Program Coordination:
• Partner with platform owners to translate approved roadmap priorities and business objectives into actionable program plans, delivery requirements, milestones, dependencies, risks, and readiness activities.
• Operate a consistent intake, assessment, and planning process for marketing technology requests; prepare recommendations and delivery considerations to support prioritization decisions.
• Partner with marketing stakeholders, platform owners, and technology and data teams to define business requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, and success measures.
• Coordinate cross-functional delivery activities from planning through testing and launch, maintaining visibility into progress, decisions, risks, dependencies, and critical-path actions.
• Coordinate post-launch support, capturing issues, user feedback, and improvement opportunities for platform and delivery teams.
• Support vendor and implementation-partner coordination by tracking commitments, dependencies, decisions, and deliverables against agreed plans.
• Enablement, Adoption & Insights Activation:
• Partner with marketing stakeholders to understand strategic objectives and support the design of campaigns that incorporate technology, workflow, data, and insights capabilities to improve efficiency and marketing performance.
• Design and deliver engaging adoption experiences that help teams confidently embrace new platforms, workflows, data products, reporting capabilities, and governance practices.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in technology program management, marketing technology enablement, or a related field, including experience coordinating complex, cross-functional technology initiatives.
• Experience supporting the delivery and adoption of marketing technology platforms and capabilities, such as marketing automation, content management, workflow, digital activation, reporting, data, and analytics solutions.
• Experience translating business needs into clear requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, implementation plans, and success measures in partnership with business and technical teams.
• Experience coordinating initiatives through planning, design, development, user acceptance testing, launch readiness, deployment, and post-launch support.
• Experience building, delivering and measuring engaging enablement and change-management experiences for business users, including hands-on learning, live demos, role-based onboarding, office hours, peer learning, and in-the-flow support.
• Experience enabling business users to adopt and apply reporting, dashboards, analytics, or self-service data capabilities, with an ability to make data and insights accessible and actionable for non-technical audiences.
• Working knowledge of program and project delivery methodologies, including Agile and waterfall approaches, with the ability to apply the right level of structure to the work.
• Strong facilitation, stakeholder communication, written communication, and presentation skills, with the ability to make complex technology topics understandable and actionable.
• Demonstrated ability to build trusted partnerships, influence and align stakeholders across functions, and maintain momentum across competing priorities.
