Job Summary

Own lodging marketing strategy and cross functional alignment to drive occupancy, ADR, RevPAR, and direct bookings while leading a marketing team and managing external partners.

  • Define annual and seasonal strategy and set priorities with Lodging, F&B, Programming, Guest Experiences, and Mountain Operations.
  • Own lodging demand and performance while partnering with Revenue Management, Sales, and Operations to optimize occupancy and resort revenue.
  • Own the resort website experience and CRM strategy, including conversion, guest journey, lifecycle marketing, and personalization.

Job Description

Own lodging marketing strategy and cross-functional alignment to drive occupancy, ADR, RevPAR, and direct bookings while leading a marketing team and managing external partners.

  • Responsibilities: Define annual and seasonal marketing strategy and establish priorities with Lodging, F&B, Programming, Guest Experiences, and Mountain Operations.
  • Approve campaign frameworks, messaging direction, and positioning to stay on brand and drive demand.
  • Align marketing with overall business objectives and goals and own lodging demand and performance.
  • Partner with Revenue Management, Sales, and Operations to optimize occupancy, ADR, RevPAR, visitation, and resort revenue.
  • Monitor booking pace, campaign effectiveness, and ROI across marketing initiatives.
  • Define metrics and KPIs to demonstrate effectiveness and adjust campaigns based on performance.
  • Own the resort website experience, conversion strategy, booking funnel, and digital guest journey.
  • Evaluate emerging technologies including AI-driven tools, automation, and personalization to boost efficiency and guest engagement.
  • Oversee CRM strategy including guest segmentation, lifecycle marketing, email marketing, loyalty, and retention.
  • Review campaign performance and optimization recommendations to ensure continuous improvement.
  • Requirements: 7+ years progressive marketing leadership with 3+ years in hospitality, resort, destination, or experiential travel brands.
  • Preference for bachelor’s degree in business/marketing.
  • Proven success driving lodging revenue, direct bookings, and multi-department demand generation.
  • Strong understanding of seasonal demand, OTA strategy, distribution channels, and revenue management alignment.
  • Experience managing budgets and delivering measurable ROI, plus leading internal teams and agency partners.
  • Preference for Inntopia CRM/CDP platforms experience.
  • Must have a valid driver's license with minimal moving violations in recent years; ability to meet insurance requirements.
  • Physical ability to lift/move up to 25 pounds frequently and 10 pounds occasionally.
