Job Summary

Own the demand-gen and partner-led GTM engine, tying growth marketing, channel programs, ops analytics, and brand storytelling to pipeline and revenue.

  • Demand Gen & Growth Marketing: Build and optimize programs across digital, email, content, SEO, site, webinars, events, and automation to drive pipeline.
  • Channel Partner Marketing & Growth: Lead co-branded campaigns and enablement to recruit, activate, and expand partner-generated pipeline across VARs and MSPs.
  • Marketing Ops & Analytics: Instrument attribution, dashboards, and ROI to guide GTM decisions across Sales, Product, and Success.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Demand Generation & Growth Marketing: Develop and execute integrated marketing programs across digital advertising, email marketing, content marketing, SEO, website optimization, webinars, events, and marketing automation
  • Demand Generation & Growth Marketing: Drive qualified lead generation, pipeline growth, customer acquisition, and revenue performance
  • Demand Generation & Growth Marketing: Partner with Revenue Operations and Sales leadership to optimize lead management, conversion rates, and campaign effectiveness
  • Channel Partner Marketing & Growth: Develop and execute marketing strategies that support partner recruitment, activation, engagement, and revenue growth
  • Channel Partner Marketing & Growth: Drive partner-generated pipeline through VARs, MSPs, distributors, technology alliances, referral partners, and master agent/TSD ecosystems
  • Channel Partner Marketing & Growth: Lead co-branded campaigns, joint go-to-market initiatives, partner enablement programs, MDF activities, and channel marketing efforts that increase partner productivity and market reach
  • Marketing Operations & Analytics: Oversee marketing technology platforms, campaign execution, attribution, reporting, and performance measurement
  • Marketing Operations & Analytics: Define, monitor, and report on key marketing and pipeline metrics
  • Marketing Operations & Analytics: Leverage data-driven insights to optimize marketing investments and maximize ROI
  • Brand, PR & Communications: Lead public relations, analyst relations, thought leadership, media outreach, and corporate communications initiatives

  • Brand, PR & Communications: Ensure consistent messaging and brand execution across all marketing channels
