Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic business development initiatives to increase admissions and census
• Build and strengthen relationships with:
• Hospital case managers
• Discharge planners
• Physicians and specialists
• VA hospitals and Veteran referral partners
• Health systems
• Assisted living and memory care communities
• Home health and hospice agencies
• Community organizations and healthcare providers
• Educate referral partners on North Pointe's specialized services, including:
• Advanced dementia care
• Secure, locked campus
• Skilled nursing and rehabilitation services
• VA-contracted services for eligible Veterans
• Conduct regular in-person marketing visits throughout the Sacramento region
• Represent North Pointe Care Center at networking events, community outreach programs, and healthcare meetings
• Collaborate closely with Admissions and Clinical Leadership to ensure an exceptional referral experience
• Monitor referral activity, identify growth opportunities, and consistently achieve census goals

Requirements

• Established relationships with hospitals, case managers, discharge planners, physicians, VA referral partners, and community healthcare providers in the Sacramento region strongly preferred
• Three or more years of successful healthcare marketing, business development, admissions, or physician liaison experience
• Skilled nursing, post-acute care, rehabilitation, memory care, home health, hospice, or hospital experience preferred
• Proven success increasing admissions and developing referral partnerships
• Outstanding communication, networking, and presentation skills
• Self-motivated with excellent organizational and time management abilities
• Valid California driver's license and reliable transportation
